Attending an introductory day will provide you with an informal and enjoyable opportunity to practise some Buteyko breathing exercises. Also you will gain an understanding of the principles behind the techniques. Please bring a stop watch or watch with a second hand.
In order to train as a Buteyko teacher (MBBA), it is required that you have a minimum of 5 hours Buteyko experience. Introductory days fulfil this requirement and a certificate of attendance will be provided to certify that the necessary time has been acquired to commence the MBBA course.
